Rehabilitation
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy team works toward specific goals of achieving the resident’s highest functional level of independence.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy assists our residents in adapting to their social and physical environment by mastering tasks essential for daily living.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists provide a range of interventions to assess and help restore abilities in the areas of communication, swallowing, and cognition.
IV Therapy
Our nurses will work with each resident to deliver fluids, medication, and nutrition per each resident’s recovery plan. We have 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage, every 4-6 hours, to take care of every IV need.
Wound Therapy
Our nurses will work with each resident’s physician to implement a custom wound care plan that meets the needs of each individual situation.
24-hour Skilled Nursing
Our dedicated staff strives to deliver the best possible care for our residents. Our 24-hour skilled nursing care and 24-hour registered nurses accommodate residents’ needs with specialized programs to address our medical diversity.
Post-Hospital Extended Care
If you have recently been discharged from the hospital and still need quality time to heal, our team is here to help! No matter what stage you may be in, we are ready to assist you on your road to recovery.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
Our qualified rehabilitation team provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy, up to 5 days a week, to assist you on your road to recovery after surgery, injury, or an illness.
Dementia Care
If you or a loved one is suffering from the progressive stages of memory loss, we are here to give them the 24-hour specialized care and structure they will need to thrive.
Hospice/GIP
Our hospice team assists with patient care, comfort, and quality of life. Our team will assist you and your family during transitional periods and provide compassionate care
Respite Care
We offer respite care services for caregivers who need a break to handle personal matters or go out of town. Residents can avail themselves of all of the facility amenities while receiving the appropriate care needed while a caregiver is away.
Activity Program
We strive to provide a positive and uplifting atmosphere during each patient’s stay. Our team will create specialized social programs and activities to match the capabilities and needs of each of our residents.
Social Services
Our social service team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, and help in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
